The Virtual Classroom uses audio, video, text, chat and whiteboarding and can be accessed from most Windows, Mac and Linux computers.

Day and night classes are available during the winter Winter-Spring 2009 semester. Because of class-size limitations we ask you to select 10 times that are convenient for you - upon receipt of payment we will allocate 5 classes from your 10 choices.

How to Register for Live Virtual Classroom course.
Step 1 - On the calendar on the right, check 10 classes on dates and times that are convenient for you. Dates in yellow boxes are daytime classes that meet from 10:00am until 2:00pm EST. Dates in dark blue boxes are night classes that meet from 7:45 pm until 11:45 pm EST.

Step 2 - Complete the registration items below the calendars.

Step 3 - Either mail a money order or check for $525 (see Payment options below) or pay by Paypal or credit/debit card. Because of class size limtations, you will be notified within 48 hours of receipt of payment of the dates of 5 classes that we will allocate from the 10 that you have chosen.

Payment options: If paying by money order or check - if a money order or certified check/cashier's check check must be mailed and dated at least 14 days before the first class date you have selected.
If paying by non-certified personal check, the check must be dated and mailed with a postmark at least 21 days prior to the first class date you have selected.
If paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, payment must be received at least 10 days prior to the first class date you have selected.

Late payment: There is a $50 late payment fee collected at the beginning of the first class for situations where a student arrives and payment has not been made in a timely way in accordance to the payment options specified above.
Refunds: A refund of $300 available (minus $50 non-refundable registration fee and $175 for course materials) if cancellation received 7 days prior to 1st day of class. If canceling within less than 7 days, a credit will be issued valid for 1 year from date of registration. No exceptions to this refund policy for online or telephone registration.
